I tried skipping around the PoN Hedge and doing Grummus in PoD instead. I spoke with Adler Fuirstel in PoT ported up to PoD and fought to Grummus. Once killed (I was in raid at the time if that makes a difference) the Planar Projection did not spawn to hail for the flag.

I completed Grummus today and got the flag so it appears to be working
